Circuit Classes

What is a circuit class?
An entire body work-out using various machines and free-weights exercises. You do each exercise for 30 seconds before moving on to the next exercise in the circuit.

  Great for people new to the gym.  So you can learn different exercises from a wonderful instructor, with a group of other fabulous people.
