    Exciting news…. As from Wednesday 14th December 2016, Fitstop will be a 24/7 fitness facility. This will allow access to members any hour of the day or night. Casual visitors are welcome any time within staffed hours.

    Our staff hours – This will be the hours the staff will be at the Gym for Inquires, Casuals, Join ups, Bookings for assessments and Personal Training appointments:

    Monday:          6:45am – 1:30pm        3:30pm – 6:30pm

    Tuesday:         6:45am – 1:30pm        3:30pm – 6:30pm

    Wednesday:    6:45am – 1:30pm        3:30pm – 6:30pm

    Thursday:        6:00am – 1:30pm        3:30pm – 6:30pm

    Friday:             6:45am – 1:30pm        3:30pm – 6:30pm

    Saturday:        8:00am – 11:00am.

    Personal Training appointments outside these hours, are to be arranged between Trainer and Client.

    The Gym will be accessed by your swipe tag, using the Tag reader that will be on the exterior of the building by the main door, you will simply swipe your tag and then enter through the door, Lights will automatically come on during entry. The door will close behind you. When you leave, it will be by the front door only… as the exit by the men’s toilet will be locked and used only for emergencies.

    The 24/7 program on our computer only works for members with current paid up memberships, so we urge you to check at the desk that you are up to date with payments, and that you carry your swipe tag with you and not leave it at the gym…. We don’t want you locked out.

    • During the staffed hours, the door will be unlocked, however, you will need to swipe your tag on entry.
    • Current members access, using their original swipe in tags.
    • Casual members that currently have concession cards that require access out of staffed hours will need to exchange the cards to Swipe in tags.
    • Members who allow Non-Members entry, will face Termination of their Membership


    FITSTOP Management & Staff hope this will be a service that members can use to maximize their workouts, and be comfortable at all times.
