WHEN IT COMES TO TRAINERS  -  YOU WANT QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

In 2009 FITSTOP received the Naturecoast Business Enterprise award for Staff Development.  The Judges comment was that FITSTOP “provides an environment that ensures a high quality of staff wish to work there”.  Those staff are still with us today. 
We are proud not only that they are qualified, but that they have also worked at some of the best gyms in the country (outside of the Horowhenua of course!) – and this is readily apparent when you see what they are doing with their clients.

We know from experience the one thing that concerns most people on joining is that they know without a doubt, what they should be doing.
To make sure you are comfortable and confident in the gym, you will be taken on guided sessions.  They are a great way to get to know the FITSTOP facilities and people.
Sessions cover everything from cardio workout machines, how to warm up properly, and your program.
Your membership consultant will book you in when you join.
